We we have ice dams. Which makes water pool between the units in the building. Which makes the ceiling leak. Which is the perfect environment for mold. Which is awesome when you have a 2 month old sleeping in that room. Ug. Which is even awesomer when you have ZERO storage and have to move EVERYTHING out of her room for who knows how long. Double Ug.
