This is from a Maternity Shoot I did last week. It started snowing so I wanted to roll with it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the jacket that she put on when I suggested we go outside. Things always come together when you have a great relaxing client.

This is my little girl's bedroom. Or lack there of. We thought we had ice dams, which led to us having water in the wall, which led to the management company coming in and checking for mold (CHECK!) which led to a much bigger problem. Oh Charley, I wish you could remember how awesome your room looked! But I guess the good part is we can add more pink to the decor now that we know she is a girl. Oh man. I'm still enormously bummed about those stripes. They are awesome. They were awesome.

So we are getting a snow storm tonight. Something new and different. Because it didn't snow 2 days ago. And last week. And the week before that. Anyways. Home made Chicken Quesadillas and Bud Lite Lime is just what Mother Nature ordered. And they came out delish.
Oh and my sister got engaged tonight. NBD.

We we have ice dams. Which makes water pool between the units in the building. Which makes the ceiling leak. Which is the perfect environment for mold. Which is awesome when you have a 2 month old sleeping in that room. Ug. Which is even awesomer when you have ZERO storage and have to move EVERYTHING out of her room for who knows how long. Double Ug.

Hubby took Charley out for a few hours today and I decided to stay home. I thought a few hours to myself would do me good. Is that selfish? I did my nails, drank an extra cup of coffee, snuggled Finn, caught up on my trash TV. I love doing my own nails. And I love this color.

Mama is not doing well today. I'm struggling with her being 2 months old! I'm such a sap. I was crying as I was taking these pics. Daddy reading to her for the first time. And she is sleeping in her crib for the first time. I most definitely have the video monitor right next to me on the couch. Even though her room is maybe 30 feet away. #mamaistherealbaby
